The gender equality grant is aimed at young women researchers funded by the SNSF. It offers them additional individualised and flexible support for their career development.
An eligible person receives CHF 1000 per 12 months' approved project running time. The grant may be used to finance career support measures but does not cover family support measures.
requirements: A work-time percentage of at least 60 per cent funded by the SNSF is a prerequisite for the gender equality grant. Doctoral students may be awarded a gender equality grant irrespective of their work-time percentage.
For researchers at universities of applied sciences, a doctorate is not mandatory.

Bedingungen: Für den Gleichstellungsbeitrag wird ein Anstellungspensum von mindestens 60 Prozent vorausgesetzt, finanziert über den SNF. Doktorandinnen können unabhängig vom Beschäftigungsgrad einen Gleichstellungsbeitrag erhalten.
An Fachhochschulen sind auch Nichtpromovierte zugelassen.
