The call aims to support multidisciplinary scientific expeditions focusing on a better understanding of the nature-society interactions for the sustainable and inclusive development of the Legal Amazon. Each proposal must have principal investigators from at least two Brazilian states that have joined this call. The project must also include at least one PIQCT (Indigenous Peoples, Quilombolas and Traditional Communities). Funding will be provided for projects with a duration of up to three years. On the Swiss side, the maximum amount of funds that can be requested is CHF 250,000 per project.
